 another thing to note: there is

 admin/includes/image.php#L831 already code in core] to extra image
 caption/description info from EXIF data within an image.

 @eatingrules and @brendanquinn : is the intent of this ticket to prefer
 the 2 new IPTC files for accessibility purposes?
