 On the plugin page in the dashboard it would be most helpful if you could
 leave notes against each plugin. These could indicate why the plugin was
 installed and what it is used for, what page it is used on that type of
 thing. When you have many websites its very easy to forget why and perhaps
 how, you used a plugin. We currently keep these records seperate from the
 website and it would be so helpful if you could just include these notes
 on this page.
