 @CJSHayward Please check the wp-content directory instead of its parent
 directory. Regardless, the best place for you to get support with this
 issue is the main https://wordpress.org/support forums as this is almost
 certainly an issue specific to the configuration of your site and not a
 WordPress core problem.
