 I started noticing this about 10 years ago and found that it only happened
 with Chrome and not Firefox. From the video, it looks like you are using
 Chrome, so switching to Firefox is one suggestion. In any case, I think
 it's a TinyMCE fault and not caused by the Classic Editor plugin.
