 ticket,

 It looks like you have a bunch of plugins installed. Would you mind to try
 to reproduce the issue on a fresh install without any plugin except
 Classic Editor, and on a bundled (= default) theme?

 I can't reproduce the issue on my side on a fresh install (see the above
 screenshot).
