 has reported your issue] and if not,
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/new/choose open a new
 issue]. Please post a link to the issue into this ticket so others can
 easily find it and join the discussion.
   - If not, can you provide more information on how you're doing global
 settings for the site? Step-by-step instructions will help us reproduce
 your experience and will help the discussion.
