 It seems that the larger the version number the more difficult it becomes
 to do the simplest things. Maybe you don't consider this to be a bug, but
 when one tries to do global settings for the site, they either don't take,
 or they work for a single page or post. You've made so many changes in
 version 6 that all new documentation is now necessary. Just for example
 how does one change the global background?
