 Hi!

 Twenty Twenty-One uses sass.
 CSS changes need to be made to the .scss files and then compiled using the
 tools and commands that are listed in the package.json file.

 Changes made directly in the .css files, rtl styles, editor and ie styles
 will be overwritten, because they are generated from the themes .scss
 files.
