 I vote for not changing the wording, not because it's so super proper, but
 because it's established. I guess there are hundreds or thousands of
 tutorials mentioning it and also there are dependent plugins like
 https://wordpress.org/plugins/remember-me-controls/
 The benefit would be too small in my eyes to make a change.
