 I agree with @audrasjb and @ironprogrammer.
 In my opinion, the benefits of letting users know that the Customizer is
 not suitable for editing block themes outweigh the inconvenience of having
 to translate two new sentences.

 There are 2 new lines to translate:

 the very last sentence of this line has to be translated; the text before
 it has already been translated).
