 Hi there, and welcome to WordPress trac!

 This was unfortunately caused by a regression in one of the 3rd-party
 libraries used within WordPress that got updated with the latest release,
 we've already implemented a fix for this in ticket #55016, which will be
 included with the upcoming release of WordPress 5.9.1
