 In WordPress 5.9 I am unable to Drag and drop to reorder tracks in an
 audio playlist.

 I reverted to Wordpress 5.8.3 and I can Drag and drop to reorder tracks.

 I have 3 other sites on Wordpress 5.9 that this function does not work on.
