 Hi @sergio02, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your site. However
 Trac is for reporting bugs and suggesting new features for the core
 WordPress software, not plugins.

 I see that you've already posted in the support forum for the plugin in
 question, which is the correct approach to getting your problem resolved,
 and it appears that the plugin author is already helping you there. I'm
 going to close this as invalid as it doesn't relate to WordPress itself.
