 Appearance > Themes has a card like UI and I rather like that because it
 allows for a rich presentation. For example the theme image is displayed.

 Both directions you mentioned appeal to me and I don't necessarily have a
 preference but the current offering feels very basic and inconsistent with
 the rest of the administration area.

 Noting the existing {{{myblogs_blog_actions}}} filter hook does give
 developers a way to extend what is displayed on each card.
