 Hi there, welcome to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the report.

 I don't see a message like that in WordPress core, it seems like something
 added by the WP Rocket plugin.

 Does the issue still happen with all plugins disabled and a default theme
 (Twenty Twenty-One) activated?
