 I tested your PR and the changes are almost unnoticeable. I was only able
 to notice the color change in the WP Admin Menu main navigation (not the
 same blue).
 Also, everything looks good in terms of accessibility.
 This is a big win for WordPress Core, thank you.

 On my side, this patch is ready to go 🌟

 Everyone please help testing this PR so this can be committed `early` in
 the release cycle :)
