 The ticket was discussed today during the weekly accessibility bug-scrub.
 At the moment, it needs some screenshoots and documentation of remaining
 italics instances.
 Accordin to @joedolson, most of what is left looks like notices displayed
 only in very specific situations (missing PHP support, for example), so
 finding all instances might require a a bit of work.
 After that, the actual patch creation will probably be pretty easy.
