 This is a meta question but I haven't seen it mentioned yet.

 `#0073aa` has been the "WordPress Blue" for a while now and it's used all
 across wordpress.org. It's detailed here:

 guide/foundations/colors/

 Are there plans to change this colour or is this change restricted to just
 the admin area? ie. will the official "WordPress Blue" be changing?
