Changes to the 5.7 color schemes mean all of these chunks of CSS now need
to be copied to target specific versions of WordPress for the old-Fresh
and new-Fresh differences.
For context, I'm using Sugar Calendar as my example because it includes so
many different CSS dependencies. Each of these are separate libraries, and
are also used in several other plugins that I've worked on (including Easy
Digital Downloads, WP User Profiles, and a few others)
