 * WordPress 5.9 beta 3 installed.
 * Windows PC

 The dashboard inside the Welcome to WordPress section under Next Steps Set
 up your homepage has a link to the customizer. As we will not have a
 customizer setting for frontpage from 5.9 thus the link is inappropriate.
