 One possible solution is not to output the "Live Preview" button for FSE
 themes when a non-FSE theme is activated.

 I'm assuming it doesn't matter if the current theme is an FSE theme or not
 because we need to hide that button for all FSE themes. Please correct me
 if I'm wrong. @costdev
