 My thinking with the specific "add an about page" link is that it allows
 us to introduce block patterns. So when you click that link you'd be taken
 to the editor with an "About page" block pattern pre-inserted. I agree
 this doesn't make much sense for established sites though.

 Perhaps we can check the `fresh_site` flag, and only display the "add an
 about page" link when the site is fresh, and otherwise display a generic
 "Add a new post" link.
