 I was having this problem and just fixed it. I'm perplexed as to how or
 why it happened but anyway.. here's what I did.

 I opened up the outline / list view of blocks. I deleted the blocks in the
 list named "Reusable block". Then I reinserted the named resuable block
 (eg "Large green button"). There should be nothing in the list with the
 default name "Reusable block".
