 @costdev I just tried that patch and, after adding ` !important` to all
 the new CSS rules, it does the trick for me without affecting the preview.

 Adding some additional rules to target `width`, `height` etc. makes a lot
 of sense to me. I am not sure how I feel about the proliferation of `#page

 Either way, I would say now it's all about finding out whether or not we
 can find a popular plugin or a script that would unintentionally break it.
 My guess is "no", but I'm happy to be wrong here.
