 As we know email at gmail.com and e.mail at gmail.com is the same email, but in
 wordpress we act like they are different. So same person with the same
 email address can create multiple accounts(e.g email at gmail.com,
 e.mail at gmail.com, e.m.ail at gmail.com...)
 In this patch I normalised email adresses and fixed this problem.
