 Sorry; I misspoke. It was not in the team meeting, it was in the bug scrub
 preceding it. Having those back to back sometimes confuses me as to
 current context.

 And there was no "decision" made other than those present agreeing that we
 could accept this compromise; this ticket, where we are conversing, is the
 place where a decision should be made.
