1 things" and "open floor" do not indicate to non-teammembers that
decisions are being made.
It is unfair to the WordPress project and its users that decisions like
this would be made without representation from people who have voiced
opposition to it. I expect that everyone feels like what they're doing is
right, and that they have someone's best interests in mind, but fast
tracking decisions on the sly like this is not the correct approach.
This issue needs and deserves much more attention than it is getting.
Compromising everyone's experience is not necessary here, and I don't
understand why the people pushing this through are ignoring that.
