 developed by a community. While we do try to support WordPress users as
 best we can, we don't have any control over or access to your site (even
 though yes, it looks to be using our software). The best thing to do would
 be to reach out to your host, [https://www.siteground.com/support
 SiteGround, for support].

 I'm going to close this ticket because it isn't a bug that we can address
 in the WordPress software.
