 First of all seeing all the sections is helpful if they contain anything
 or not.

 Removing the empty sections or removing the 0 can bring an uncertainty. It
 is good to have all the sections visible all the time. Showing the valid
 number be it a 0 or another number. A 0 gives a confirmation to the user
 that the specific section is empty.
