 We actually put checks in now, you cannot submit a plugin with a permalink
 that's used in ''or'' outside of WP.org

 Also we do a little more than just say "Oh Ari Bloomberg submitted a
 plugin?" :) You have to actually use an email from the domain if you're
 claiming to be an official plugin. Not to mention we punt trademarks
 pretty hard these days.

 Sure something could slip in, but it's a lot harder now.

 Now that said, I would '''still''' prefer we have a way to say "Don't
 update this via .org, ever" for non-org plugins, just as a matter of
 course.
