 In the energy of yesterday, I forgot to props @helen for some amazing
 feedback that led to the above design, so doing that here.

 I also have one other option that responds to the position feedback about
 the updates turning on. This moves it right to the top. Personally, I am
 not sure if on by default this would be needed, but adding to show all
 options.
