Comment:

 Moving to the 5.5 milestone as first step of the update, see
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/37110#comment:105 comment 105].

 In 37110.12.diff: disable jQuery Migrate 1.4.1. Does not remove the
 `jquery-core` script handle for full backwards compatibility. jQuery
 Migrate 1.4.1 is still in WordPress so it's easy to enqueue if needed.
