 Looking at 37110-add-dependency.diff, it makes sense for 5.5, but not for
 5.6 when the new version of jQuery Migrate will be enabled.

 The downside is that it requires plugins and themes to be changed to
 enqueue migrate, but this will stop working for very old code in 5.6.
 Adding this now and removing it for 5.6 seems not a good idea, so perhaps
 better to not go that way?
