 I updated the PR with the current copy from Figma, and applied the current
 colors & basic layout to the page, so we can see it "in practice".

 PR,] it also shows how these styles apply to the other pages in this
 section (credits & freedoms, privacy is simple enough). I think we'll want
 to change the "subtle background" green color (behind contributor photos,
 behind freedom header). Maybe a color from the navigation updates can be
 used here?

 Once the design is more settled, can I get the SVGs for the header & rope-
 bars? I can only extract PNGs from the Figma.
