 Upgrade/Install: Check if the theme installer skin's `overwrite` property
 exists in `Theme_Upgrader::install_strings()`.

 This ensures consistency with `Plugin_Upgrader::install_strings()` and
 resolves an issue caused by the property not existing in other upgrader
 implementations.
