 I do agree the behavior on the Dashboard can be improved :) I'm not sure I
 understand in which way this change is a "regression" as you said above.
 Currently, on stable 5.4, subscribers can see up to ''two'' dashboard
 widgets and ''four'' dashed areas. Of course, this depends on the viewport
 width that on 5.4 needs to be not greater than 1800 pixels to see all the
 4 areas. The dashed area "disappeared" above 1800 pixels, which is a bug
 fixed by this change.
