 We have over a dozen WP websites and have seen continuous issues with the
 verification process.

 Before updating to the latest, we received the verification notice every
 time we logged in. In fact, we had to select we wanted to update the
 information in order to get into the admin. Even after getting in, we
 selected to edit the information to try to get the verifications to stop.
 They have continued every time.

 Now with the latest WP, we receive the verification notice and email every
 time we enter the admin regardless of whether we completed the
 verification on a prior date. We have encountered server errors as well
 after being forced into a spiral of verifications:

 We select the link in the email 'Please verify a login attempt for your
 account on ...', and it brings to the site to login, but it restarts the
 verification process again. After going through it several times, we get
 blocked from the admin on all our WP sites:

 **unused**

 The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
 unable to complete your request.

 Please contact the server administrator, webmaster at xxxx.org and inform
 them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that
 may have caused the error.

 More information about this error may be available in the server error
 log.
