 Just for the record: There are two plugins associated with this ticket:

 - Test jQuery Updates, https://github.com/WordPress/wp-jquery-update-test,
 is for testing different versions of the jQuery libraries. It is not
 intended for production.

 - Enable jQuery Migrate Helper, https://github.com/WordPress/jquery-
 migrate-helper, is for re-enabling of jQuery Migrate in WordPress 5.5 (in
 case some old js code needs it). It is intended for production. It will
 show the warnings coming form migrate to site admins, so they are informed
 and can take steps to fix them.
