 Thinking more about this, not really sure it is a good idea. The
 "official" way to re-enable migrate is the core plugin. It will be
 supported and updated as needed for WP 5.5.x, 5.6, etc.

 If other plugins are willing to re-enable migrate without the official
 plugin, they are free to do so. However they will have to take
 responsibility to maintain their code. Thinking there's no need of more
 "temp hand holding" there :)
