 Hi @rogueeasyweb,

 Welcome to Trac! My apologies it took a bit to receive a response.

 Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, let's try to narrow down a
 bit what's going on. It seems that this is an issue with there is no
 charset specified for the page. I have been unable to reproduce this in
 Firefox.

 - Are you able to see if other pages have a charset defined?
 - Does your database have one in the options table?
 - Are there any plugins that you have in common on all of your sites?
 - Have you been able to try a different browser to see if the issue also
 occurs there?
 - Are there any notices that get added to your PHP error log.
