 Hi there,

 I finally figured out that we don't have what we need to propose a
 relevant language select, since we need to display all languages in that
 select and we currently only have a list of WordPress Polyglots Locales.
 It's not enough.

 The, I'd like to propose a really simple alternative. In `47559.diff`
 - remove readonly attribute from input text so `srclang` and `label`
 attributes could be manually edited
 - add a short description of the field to explain that those attributes
 values could be changed if needed.

 Any thoughts @afercia @SergeyBiryukov ?
