 @afercia Thanks for the text updates and translator context.

 @melchoyce I'll defer to others' decisions regarding the all-caps heading
 style you mentioned on ticket #47179 [my fault for confusing the tickets].

 Will we have another meeting or bug-scrub before RC1 (on Core, Media or
 another Slack channel) to reach a final verdict on whether the Actions
 heading is there/visible/restyled in 5.3.0?

 I see these 4 options (in order of my preference, FWIW):
 1. Leave the heading visible as it is now (after r46489),
 2. Visually hide the element with the `screen-reader-text` class,
 3. Use the all-caps style for consistency, or
 4. Remove that heading entirely.
