 Discussed during today's accessibility bug-scrub on Slack and agreed to
 change this ticket back to "task (blessed)" as it was publicly discussed
 in the Dev Chat last week, and an agreement was reached. With the blessing
 of @davidb as Triage PM for this release cycle.
