Comment:

 Re: process, this is a low-priority enhancement that shouldn't have been
 committed during or right before beta.

 Changes to the buttons styling affect a lot of other (old) CSS,
 potentially breaking many many plugins. This type of low-priority tweaks
 should happen well before beta so they can be tested and refined in time.
