Hi @oliviabolesworth
This Trac instance is for bugs in WordPress Core itself. Looking at your
issue it appears to be an issue with the Advanced NoCaptcha Recaptcha
plugin.
If you have FTP or other access to the server you can disable the plugin
by renaming it's folder from 'advanced-nocaptcha-recaptcha' to 'advanced-
nocaptcha-recaptcha-break' in order to regain access. Or removing the
directory will also work.
*If you're unable to do this contact your developer or hosting company and
they can assist in manually disabling the problematic plugin.
And then looking at your issue quickly the plugin requires minimum PHP of
5.4 but your server is using PHP 5.3.29 which is quite outdated. I would
suggest updating your PHP on the server, which your hosting provider or
developer/agency can assist you with. Otherwise, you won't be able to
utilize this plugin as your server won't support it.
Once your server is updated to a more recent PHP you should be able to re-
install/re-active the plugin. (If you did the rename approach to disable
it just rename it back to 'advanced-nocaptcha-recaptcha'.
I hope that helps get your site back online and gives you a path forward.
All the best,
Cheers
P.S. Closing this ticket as it's not related to WordPress core, but feel
