 Hi, after updating my site, this error appeared: Parse error: syntax
 error, unexpected '[' in /var/sites/r/rowlikeagirl.uk/public_html/wp-
 content/plugins/advanced-nocaptcha-recaptcha/functions.php on line 33

 I can's see or access the backend of the site, please help.
