 Just checking...

 I can reinstall WordPress 5.2 via the Dashboard relatively quickly.

 Does this mean that the push of 5.2.1 with this patch, when it happens,
 will not be checked by this library?

 As the execution speed seems to depend on the size of the file being
 downloaded, if it is checked, people affected are going to need a
 max_execution_time setting that's a lot larger than 60.

 (And if it is not checked, isn't that a big security issue in the event of
 api.wordpress.org being compromised?)
