 The ability to create posts/pages doesn't really offer a whole lot of use
 out the gate unless a theme uses hardcoded urls for images in the content.
 It would be a great improvement if the same handling for placeholders in
 menus/theme_mods/options could be applied in context of posts/pages
 content.
