Comment:

 After further testing in #40103, it looks like this is working as
 expected, I just wasn't following the correct steps :)

 To get the quote block to exhibit the same styles as an aligned blockquote
 in the classic editor, the `alignright` class has to be added to it under
 the 'Advanced' panel.

 The quote block does experience the same issue as outlined in #40103 (not
 pulling fully right on load), but that should be fixed with that issue's
 patch.
