 Thank you for the bug report, @gillesenvrac!

 I've been doing a little bit of testing with Safari's reader view, it's
 unfortunately a black box. Apple don't offer any advice on what triggers
 it, or how to ensure the correct content is placed inside it. I wasn't
 able modify the Twenty Nineteen theme in such a way that reader view was
 no longer available on the front page.

 Given that Firefox's Reader View behaves correctly in my testing, I'm
 inclined to think that this is a bug that needs to be fixed in Safari.
 I've submitted a bug report to Apple
 (https://bugreport.apple.com/web/?problemID=47367495), I'll update here
 when I hear back.
